These Terms of Service (“Terms”) govern your access to and use of the HARDCORE UNIFORM website and store (the “Services”). By using the Services, you agree to these Terms and to our Privacy Policy.
The store is hosted by Shopify Inc., which provides the e-commerce platform that allows us to sell products to you. Purchases are made directly from HARDCORE UNIFORM.
1. Eligibility
You must be of legal age in your jurisdiction to use the Services and place orders.
2. Products
HARDCORE UNIFORM sells pre-owned garments released in used condition.
Product photos and descriptions aim to be accurate, but color and appearance may vary depending on device and display settings. We do not guarantee that the product appearance will match your expectations.
Product availability is limited. We may modify, limit, or discontinue products at any time without notice.
3. Orders
Placing an order constitutes an offer to purchase. We reserve the right to accept or refuse any order at our discretion.
Orders are confirmed only when payment is successfully processed and an order confirmation is issued. After confirmation, we may be unable to cancel or modify the order.
Returns and refunds are governed solely by our Refund & Returns Policy.
Orders are intended for personal use. Resale or export activities are not permitted.
4. Prices and payments
Prices may change without notice. The price charged is the price shown at checkout at the time the order is placed.
Shipping costs are displayed at checkout. Any additional charges related to delivery outside our shipping areas are not applicable, as we only ship to Italy and European Union countries.
Payments are processed securely through Shopify and third-party payment providers. HARDCORE UNIFORM does not store full payment card details.

Dispatch and delivery times are estimates and not guaranteed. We are not responsible for delays caused by carriers or events outside our control.
Risk of loss passes to the customer once the order is handed over to the carrier.
6. Intellectual property
All content on the Services (including text, graphics, layouts, and brand identifiers) is the property of HARDCORE UNIFORM or its licensors and is protected by applicable intellectual property laws.
You may not reproduce, distribute, modify, or use any content from the Services without prior written permission.
7. Prohibited use
You agree not to use the Services for unlawful purposes or to interfere with the security and operation of the Services, including attempts to access systems or data without authorization.
We may suspend or terminate access to the Services for violations of these Terms.
8. Third-party services
The Services may include links or integrations to third-party services. We are not responsible for third-party content, policies, or practices.
9. Disclaimer of warranties
The Services and all products are provided “as is” and “as available”, to the maximum extent permitted by law. We disclaim all warranties, express or implied, including implied warranties of merchantability and fitness for a particular purpose.
10. Limitation of liability
To the maximum extent permitted by law, HARDCORE UNIFORM shall not be liable for indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or punitive damages arising from your use of the Services or purchase of products.
Nothing in these Terms excludes liability that cannot be excluded under applicable law.
11. Governing law
These Terms are governed by the laws of Italy. Any disputes shall be subject to the jurisdiction of the competent courts in Italy.
