HARDCORE UNIFORM

General conditions

All items sold by HARDCORE UNIFORM are pre-owned garments released in used condition.

Each item is individually inspected and described.
Minor signs of wear are inherent to the nature of the product and are not considered defects if visible or described.

Right of withdrawal (EU customers)

In accordance with European Union regulations, customers located in the EU have the right to withdraw from their purchase within 14 days from the date of delivery, without providing any reason.

To be eligible for a return:

  • the item must be returned unused after delivery

  • in the same condition as received

  • with all original tags attached

  • inside the original packaging

  • with proof of purchase

Items returned without prior authorization will not be accepted.

Return shipping costs will be borne by the buyer, unless there was an error on our part in the presentation of the product.

Condition verification

All returned items will be inspected upon receipt.

Returns will be refused if:

  • the item shows signs of wear after delivery

  • tags are missing or removed

  • the item has been washed, altered, or damaged by the customer

Damaged or incorrect items

Please inspect your order upon delivery.
If you receive an incorrect item or notice damage not consistent with the product description, contact us immediately.

We will evaluate the issue on a case-by-case basis.

Non-returnable items

The following items are not eligible for return:

  • gift cards

  • items purchased during promotions or special conditions

  • items returned outside the allowed timeframe

Refunds

Once the return is received and approved, refunds will be issued to the original payment method within 10 business days.

Please note that processing times may vary depending on your bank or payment provider.

Exchanges

We do not offer direct exchanges.
If you wish to purchase another item, please place a new order after your return has been processed.
